The Pink Stairs

We aim to empower young women to build confidence, community, and leadership through accessible youth-led programs and opportunities.

Founded in 2024 , The Pink Stairs is a youth-led nonprofit empowering girls and young women through community and leadership development. Our initiatives have reached over 8.4 million girls across 26 countries, supported by 250+ volunteers and 15,000+ volunteer hours. Our initiatives range from mentorship to care packages, advocacy campaigns, and opportunities for young women to develop their voices. Our goal is to create spaces where girls feel supported, capable, and heard. With support from the TKS High Agency Fund, we plan to expand accessible programming for young women and provide the materials and resources needed to run community initiatives. Funding will help cover workshop and event materials, care-package supplies, outreach resources, and several direct program costs to minimize barrier entry and provide stronger opportunities. By reducing financial barriers to participation, we can reach more young women and give them tangible chances to turn their ideas into action.
