Nourish Your Body; Free Your Mind: Hoping to lead Toronto's Very First Eating Disorder Awareness Conference

Renouri — project cover

Renouri is a youth-led nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting understanding of eating disorders and their impact on mental and physical well-being. We believe that eating disorders are more than struggles with food—they can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, background, or appearance. Through educational resources, social media campaigns, and community outreach, Renouri aims to make reliable information and support more accessible to young people. We focus on helping individuals recognize warning signs, challenge myths, and understand the importance of seeking help. Our long-term goal is to host Toronto’s first Eating Disorder Awareness Conference, bringing together youth, healthcare professionals, educators, and advocates to create a safe and open space for education, and connection. Through this initiative, we hope to empower our community to speak openly about eating disorders, and build a future where no one feels alone in their recovery journey. Nourish the body. Free your mind.
