OffScript Hacks
A free, student-led Bay Area hackathon where high school students turn ideas into real projects together.

OffScript is a student-led hackathon for high school students in the Bay Area. Students will spend a day forming teams, developing ideas, building technology projects, learning from mentors, and presenting what they create at the end of the event. We want OffScript to be welcoming to beginners while still giving experienced builders the freedom to work on ambitious projects. Participation will be free so cost does not prevent students from joining. This first hackathon will also be the starting point for a larger series of student-run OffScript events. Funding will help us provide food, event supplies, prizes, and other essentials so students can focus on building. After the first event, we plan to use participant feedback and what we learn to improve future OffScript hackathons.
