Oak Bay High Hockey Tournament

An Oak Bay High School student-exclusive tournament held at Oak Bay Rec, helping to bring new opportunities and sport to the community.

Hockey is one of the biggest sports in Oak Bay High School, not to mention in the nation, but for some reason the school has decided to cut it out completely. We believe that sport is one of the most important aspects of the high school experience, but like many other schools in the Victoria school district, hockey players aren’t given a good way to represent their school spirit doing what they love most. Bringing a two day hockey tournament with a concession stand and endless entertainment will help bring true Canadian spirit to the Oak Bay High School Community. This tournament would provide students with so many opportunities to get involved whether they are playing, volunteering or simply cheering from the stands. By supporting our idea you will not only be supporting a hockey tournament, but an experience that will create memories and fun experiences for all.
